MEC Announces US CEO

Amanda Richman picked to run the new agency in the USA

/EINPresswire.com/ -- NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - August 18, 2017) - MEC today announced that Amanda Richman has been named CEO USA. Once the merger between MEC and Maxus is complete, Richman will take charge of the new agency.

In making the announcement, Tim Castree, global CEO, said, "Amanda is a fantastic choice to be our US leader; her 20+ years of experience spans digital, investment, innovation and client leadership. Richman will join the agency in October and reports to Castree.

As President of Investment at Starcom USA, Amanda Richman architected and led the agency's cross-channel investment practice across clients including Airbnb, Bank of America, Kraft Heinz and Samsung. Previously, Richman served as the President of Digital for Mediavest, where she built their digital team and capability, expanding it to emerging markets for clients including Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble. Prior to joining SMG, Richman held digital leadership roles at The Interpublic Group as Managing Director of their first digital agency, and at Time Warner leading client services for their interactive television division.
